Dear Artist,

We are very excited to let you know that we have completely transformed your page on our artist database which now includes fields for up to six images, audio/video files, upcoming shows, artist statements and more. The best thing about the new database is that you, the artist, may log into the system with a username and password and make updates to your own page.

However, with the transfer of data, some of the information may not have been captured correctly and therefore, we need you to sign in within the next week to make sure your information is complete and correct. There is no limit to how often you may update your page, but we suggest the images and information be visited at least once each quarter.

Instructions to access your profile:

Read ALL of the steps before editing your profile.

1. Sign up for a profile at IndyArts.org: Visit the www.indyarts.org homepage and enter your email into the IndyArts Profile tab in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once you enter your email address you will be sent an email to confirm your profile. This email address will become your login name. If you already have and IndyArts Profile, you can go ahead and login and start editing your profile.
2. Confirm your profile: Click on the confirmation link in your email. This will take you to a page to create a password. Type in any password that you can remember and you will be taken to a profile page. STOP AND READ THE NEXT STEP!
3. ***IMPORTANT*** Email us your Artist Profile Name and the email you used to sign up: For the artists who are currently in the database, we need to link your profile with your new login. Email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it with the name that appears on your Artist Profile and the email that is now your login name. DO NOT START FILLING OUT A NEW ARTIST PROFILE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A REPLY FROM This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . IF YOU BEGIN CREATING A NEW ARTIST PROFILE, YOUR EXISTING ARTIST PROFILE WILL BE DELETED.
4. Log In: After you receive confirmation from us that your profiles have been linked, go back to the www.IndyArts.org home page. If you are already logged in, click the edit profile link under your login name. If you are not logged in, enter your login name and click Go. Enter your password and click Log In.
5. Start editing your profile: Click the Edit Your Artist Profile button and read the disclaimer on the next page. Check that you confirm and click continue.
6. Have fun editing and adding your information!
